Never used USA made Cross Townsend Jade ball pen . The pen comes with its original USA made refill which still writes wonderfully. Pen is complete with both inner and outer boxes as pictured and Cross brochure . Pen purchased new from retail dealer in New York City June 10th, 2008 and has been kept in climate controlled storage ever since.
